Attention!, the return of products is only possible in the event that:

1). When is a product considered "defective"?;

If even one of these does not work perfectly, the product is »defective” according to the law.

 2). What rights do I have if I purchased a defective product?; 

 The Civil Code (article 540) provides that the buyer has the right:
